"I have worked with Bob Deaver on at least 3 episodes of the primetime show, the 'PJs'. The 'PJs' is a stop-motion animated show featuring the voice of Eddie Murphy.
"Bob has been one of the top animators on the show. He is outstanding at physical action and excellent at the subtleties of character expression and acting. I know that Bob is also an excellent CG animator, but I haven't personally worked with him in that area. I know that he has a strong work ethic, is pleasant to work with, and I would always welcome him on my team."
John Logue, Director: "PJs" and Will Vinton Studios commercials

"I am the VP of Production at Will Vinton Studios and the producer of the 'PJs', the prime time animated series. I have worked with Bob Deaver for nearly 4 years, first as an animator in the CGI department at Vinton's and later as a stop motion animator on the 'PJs'. In every capacity as an animator, Bob has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, the willingness and flexibility to expand his skills by going deeper into the software or taking on stop motion animation, and a level of professionalism that is unequalled among his peers. For all of these reasons and more, I highly recommend Bob as a character animator for stop motion or CGI productions.
"Additionally, Bob is a team player who works well with his co-workers. Among the numerous directors he has worked with, it is agreed that he takes direction well and can be counted on to translate their ideas into the character's performance. Among his strongest skills as an animator is his ability to capture the emotion of a character and bring that character's feeling or motivation to life on the screen.
"Bob is always pleasant to work with and I have always considered him a valuable member of our production team."
Mary Sandell, Vice President of Production, Will Vinton Studios
